Try saying: “What mineral injections are due in the next seven days?”
This saves keyboard dictation as your input choice on this device. You still tap the keyboard’s microphone yourself.
iPhone: where is the microphone?
Tap the question box. Look for the microphone near the bottom-right of the keyboard.
If it is missing, open your phone’s Settings → General → Keyboard and turn on Enable Dictation. Return here and tap the question box again.
Samsung / Android: where is the microphone?
Tap the question box. Look on the keyboard toolbar or along the bottom of the screen. Its position depends on your keyboard.
If it is missing, open your phone’s Settings → General management → Keyboard list and default. Enable Samsung voice input or Google voice typing, depending on the keyboard you use. Menu names can vary.
With Gboard, tap its microphone and wait for Speak now.
You can always type instead. Phone dictation may need an internet connection.
Offline: you can type and query saved device data. Speech recognition or keyboard dictation may need a connection. Captured words stay available.
Tap the question box, then use your keyboard's microphone to dictate. When finished, tap Ask. Its position depends on your Apple, Samsung or other keyboard; dictation must be enabled in keyboard settings.
